This Event Poster for Musical Performance was a fun tribute to the Swing Era and the talents of the wonderful Frankie Manning
Diane Dempsey designed these posters and illustrated them as well. This was an important weekend of events celebrating an icon of American swing dance, Frankie Manning. It is fascinating to know that there is such a huge appreciation of American swing era culture in Europe. The graphics were also used as images on the clients website and on t-shirts and souvenir items. These Italian kids can really swing it!
